250-687-0271"Valhalla installed a hot water tank at my house. 2 plumbers came and did the job. It was done quickly and the installation went well. It was a simple out and in job. The bill came in at $1700. The tank alone was $1119.19 which I thought was very high. I called the store where the tank was purchased and I could buy it for $625. Contractors pay less! That's at least a "$500" mark up! Each plumber was charged out at $120 per hour. When I spoke to the Valhalla owner he explained that they need to charge that price as it was expensive to do business. He said that he would give me a break on the next job! I explained to him that I now have No Faith in his company and that there probably won't be a next time!
